Antitec Oy under new ownership as of March 2023
Antitec Oy – PestControl Fin Ltd, specializing on pest control and pest management, has a new owner in their CEO Kai Jansson. Jansson has been the CEO of the company since 2021, and after a deal that took place in March 2023, now owns the majority of the company. Previous majority stock owner was Kai Janssons father Lasse Jansson.
Antitec Oy was founded in 2005 and it has ever since serviced both companies and individual civilians in all of their pest control needs. They also provide disinfection, fumigation, and surface sampling in addition to the more regular pest control actions. The company is also an active force in driving the foodhygiene and -safety industry development in Finland.
This change is company ownership will not affect day-to-day -work or immediate strategy. The whole executive board in Antitec Oy is formed out of it’s own employees.
Kai Jansson has a statement about the company’s direction for 2023 onwards:
“We formed a strategy for the company in 2021, as I started in the role of CEO. That strategy is still very much in place and we act accordingly every day. By promising to deliver ‘Finnish pest control services’ we want to emphasize our roots and the ensured quality we provide. We have a strong objective in making our services even more local and available throughout Finland, and in 2025 we’d be the best option for every household and individual person also in that sense.”
“In our daily tasks and efforts we’ve seen, that to ensure the best quality of work results we need to first ensure our employees’ comprehensive wellbeing. A well cared for employee will put their best foot forward in the field, and that is visible to our customers. That is why employee wellbeing is also our priority.”, Jansson nods.
